Andrzej was involved in analytics projects in companies such as IBM, Atos and PGE for over eight years. 

He specializes in delivering data and analytics solutions focused on enabling data-driven decision making in business domains. 

He co-led the development of the largest data warehouse solution in the Polish energy sector, as well as one of the first predictive maintenance solution for wind turbines.

Maciej Chojnacki

Maciej has been involved in the implementation of analytical projects for many years, which allowed companies to build a competitive advantage based on data. A proponent of building an organizational culture based on data, who believes that data is a valuable asset to any business.

He worked at Microsoft, PGE Systems, and in several companies from the widely understood software development and BI (Business Intelligence) industry.

He performed many roles, starting from a data warehouse architect, where he co-created a corporate DWH. Ending up in managerial positions, where he managed teams dealing with the implementation and maintenance of data warehouses.

Recently, he has been building the foundations for the digitization of business processes, including the deployment of several pilot projects based on AI. Father of two sons, a sci-fi and fantasy fan, who loves to experiment in the kitchen and occasionally run or play squash.
